Primary Function: Provide broad-level product expertise to establish and build profitable customer relations. Proactively provide the cash management and business deposit services needs for the Business Banking Department. Responsible for the sales process and relationship management of cash management products and services, including but not limited to depository, ACH, merchant, and online. Contribute to the continued development of an effective, efficient, and profitable Cash Management Department.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
- Promote and sell the bank’s existing and prospective cash management products and services.
- Achieve cash management fee and deposit growth objectives.
- Assist with the preparation of the annual department budget, including income and expenditures.
- Develop a formal call plan for marketing cash management services to target market area.
- Facilitate, educate, and support cash management services with all bank staff to include joint sales calls with Business Bankers, Chief Loan Officer and others as needed to expand, develop and retain customer base. Customer calls to train, install, service and/or present cash management digital business products and services.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for the bank.
- Review customer lists, including merchant service lists, profile customers to determine needs, and identify additional forms of fee income. Develop and prepare the presentation of proposals, including pro-forma pricing analyses.
- Develop formal monitoring of Account Analysis for customers at least semi-annually and schedule annual account reviews.
- Proactively provide process and enhancements for products and services.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, bank policies and procedures, including specifically Citizens National Bank’s Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Policy and procedures, and its Customer Identification Program.
- Maintain regular consistent attendance, personal appearance, punctuality, and adherence to applicable health and safety procedures.
- Establish and maintain efficient working relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and the customers.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:
- Associate degree required or equivalent years of experience
- Two years of job-related experience with business deposit products and services
- Knowledge of banking, branch operations, and/or business banking
